• Luxe: includes up to 3 revisions (plus priority turnaround)

Revision turnaround: usually 1–3 business days per revision, depending on complexity and how quickly you reply with feedback.

Tip: the faster you send measurements + inspiration links upfront (and reply within 48 hours), the faster the final delivery.

Yes. Upload photos/links of anything you want to keep and we’ll incorporate it. If you don’t have items yet, we’ll recommend selections that fit your style and budget (within your package limit).

No we do not supply or purchase any furniture or styling items. We provide designer-led direction and curated recommendations. We may include product links for convenience (some are affiliate links at no extra cost to you), and you’re welcome to source wherever you prefer.

Full payment upfront is not required. However, we do require 50% deposit to start. Final payment is required before delivery of the final files.
We collect a 50% deposit because your plan is custom work and we reserve design time immediately.
Payments are non-refundable once work has started (ACL rights unaffected).

Example: Standard A$899 → deposit A$449.50, remaining A$449.50.

At minimum: room photos and rough dimensions. If you have a floor plan or inspiration images, even better. We’ll guide you on exactly what to upload after deposit.

To keep this service fast, clear, and affordable, the following are not included:

• Architectural / construction drawings
• Engineering documentation
• Permits, certification, or compliance sign-off
• Site visits, on-site measuring, or trade coordination
• Detailed joinery/shop drawings (unless explicitly quoted)
• Purchasing or supplying furniture/materials (we recommend—you source). We don’t supply or purchase furniture/materials — we provide design direction and curated recommendations for you to source.

• Have existing furniture/finishes? Upload them and we’ll design around them.
• Starting fresh? We’ll suggest finishes and (optional) furniture/styling items that fit your style and budget. We incorporate the suggestions in the concept visualisation designs.

Custom services (Tailored Room Plans)

Because time is reserved and work begins quickly, we don’t offer change-of-mind refunds once work has started. This doesn’t limit rights under ACL.

Digital downloads (all sales final for change of mind)

Because our products are digital downloads and accessible immediately, we do not offer refunds for change of mind once a download link or access has been provided. This includes situations where you decide you don’t like the product, no longer need it, purchased by mistake, or found an alternative elsewhere.

If you have trouble accessing your file, contact us and we’ll be happy to help you download it or reissue access.

Certainly, revisions are included based on your package. Please review the plans for details regarding the number of revisions.

After the initial designs are completed, you’ll receive a watermarked preview first. After you confirm the final direction (and the balance is paid), we send the final, high-resolution files—PDF plan pack + JPG/PNG visualisations. We will send you Google drive links for previewing of any design work.

No problem — we can focus on your top priorities first, and you can add extra items as an add-on if needed.

Rough is fine. Send approximate dimensions and photos—after deposit we’ll guide you on what to upload and what matters most.

A variation is a different finish/style direction for the same base layout. An angle is a different viewpoint/detail of the chosen direction so you can better picture the finished room.
