Envision Designs (“we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and share personal information through envisiondesigns.io (the “Site”), including when you browse, contact us, or purchase digital downloads and custom Room Plans.

“Personal information” means information or an opinion about an identified individual (or someone who is reasonably identifiable).

1) Who we are

2) What we collect

We only collect what we need to run the Site, fulfil orders, and support you.

a) Information you provide

  • Name, email address, phone number (if you provide it)

  • Billing details and order information

  • Messages you send us (contact forms, email, socials)

  • Room Plan inputs (e.g., room photos, measurements, inspiration links, preferences)

b) Payments (Stripe)
Payments on our Site are processed by Stripe. We don’t receive or store your full card number on our servers. Stripe processes payment details and may store payment information in line with its services (for example, for fraud prevention or “saved payment” features depending on your selections).

c) Site usage data (Google Analytics + cookies)
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our Site. This may collect information such as pages visited, time on site, device/browser information, and identifiers such as cookies and IP address (depending on your device and settings).

3) Why we collect it

We use personal information to:

  • deliver digital downloads and provide services (including custom Room Plans)

  • process orders, payments, receipts, and customer support

  • communicate with you about your purchase, updates, or service delivery

  • improve the Site and customer experience (including analytics)

  • help keep the Site secure, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations

We aim to manage personal information in an open and transparent way, consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles where they apply.

We share personal information only where needed to operate our business, for example with:

  • Stripe (payment processing)

  • Google Analytics (site analytics)

  • website hosting, cloud storage, and ecommerce tools that help deliver downloads and manage orders

  • customer support tools (email/helpdesk)

  • professional advisers (e.g., accounting/legal) where necessary

  • regulators or law enforcement where required by law

We do not sell your personal information.

5) Overseas processing

Some providers we use (including Stripe and Google) may process or store data outside Australia. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to use reputable providers and protect information appropriately.

6) Cookies, analytics, and your choices

Cookies help the Site function (e.g., cart/session cookies) and help us understand performance via Google Analytics.

You can control cookies in your browser settings. You can also opt out of Google Analytics tracking by using Google’s opt-out browser add-on (where supported).

7) Marketing (and unsubscribing)

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure (e.g., access controls and reputable service providers). No system is perfectly secure, but we take security seriously.

10) How long we keep information

We keep personal information only as long as needed to deliver products/services, provide support, maintain business records, and meet legal and accounting requirements. When it’s no longer required, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

11) Access and correction

You can request access to the personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct it if it’s inaccurate, out of date, incomplete, irrelevant, or misleading.
